Actually we only sell and mail our DVD's to US addresses. Apologies to the kitties in the world beyond.
**All DVD's ordered in one transaction must be shipped to the same address to qualify for our FREE shipping offer. FREE mailing is limited to orders of no more then five (5) DVD's per order.
We mail our DVD's via the United States Postal Service. We ship our packages FIRST CLASS service or MEDIA Mail service with DELIVERY TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION.
Orders are usually processed and mailed out within 3 to 5 days of your order being received by us. Please allow for 2 to 4 week window of delivery of your order from the time of placing it.
Your DVD's are mailed from Chicago, Illinois or Los Angeles, California.
Of course keep in mind that during holiday periods transit times can take longer, and that once your package goes into the U.S. Postal Mail system, we are at the mercy of the mail gods. But rest assured that while sometimes the delivery time can vary widely, remarkably in 30 years and thousands of packages we've mailed, they've never lost a single package of ours...yet. Although sometime packages have taken some very strange routes to their final destination (which we...and you can follow at www.usps.com with the tracking number we send you.)
Priority and Express US Mail service is an option for an extra fee, but only if you call us directly at 1-800-373-9137. Of course this is NOT part of our current free mailing offer and an additional cost will be incurred.
And finally, we package your DVD's very carefully in a large padded manila or white envelope and marked as 'do not bend.'
